Return/ Exchange Policy


We are sure you will be happy with our products. However, just in case you have ordered the wrong parts or simply ordered too much, we offer return and exchange according to the terms and conditions listed in this policy.

Return of unwanted items

To qualify to return an unwanted item, the product(s):

  • must be unused, in their original packaging, along with all included accessories;
  • must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time that item is in the possession of the customer;
  • return request must be made within 60 days from the invoice date and MUST received back in our warehouse within 90 days from the date you have received the item(s) * the freight charge for “returned goods” is at your cost

Although most of our products can be returned, some of the products (e.g. special order products) are not able to return simply because you have changed your mind. We will state on the website or in the confirmation email.

Refund due to damaged/ faulty products

If you find that the products you have received were damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 (seven) days upon receipt of products. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, along with all included accessories.


Product warranties are determined by the manufacturers and according to manufactures’ warranty terms and conditions.

Cancelling orders

If you are cancelling a confirmed order we will charge 10% handling fee of your total purchased amount.

Refund Procedures

For all refund request, please contact us either by phone, email or in person to our warehouse in Underwood and provide necessary information. We will then assess and advise if the return request is accepted.

Refund can be provided in either cash or store credit. If you choose to receive cash there will be a re-stocking fee of 10% of your original purchase price – if you do not want to be charged for the restocking fee you can choose to receive your refund as a store credit.
