Shipping Information
Shipping fee will calculated at check out.
We guarantee that orders placed before 11 am will be dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability), exclude weekends and holidays. After receiving your order confirmation message, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please confirm your purchased items' condition after receiving the parcel. A significant delay in reporting shipping damages will have a negative impact on the warranty claim.
Store pick up (FREE 30 Minutes CLICK & COLLECT)
Our Click & Collect service allows our customers to buy online and pick up your order from our local store (subject to stock availability).
For Midea product:
The pickup address is Unit 3/58-62 Compton Rd, Woodridge QLD 4114.
We are open from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm AEST Monday to Sunday.
For other product:
The pickup address is 5/11 Eileen St, Underwood QLD 4119.
We are open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm AEST Monday to Friday. (We are closed on Saturday/Sundays and public holidays).
We will always endeavor to have your click and collect order ready within 30 minutes on a business day. (We may not always be able to fulfill within this time-frame with larger orders.)
A confirmation message will be sent via email or phone when your order is ready for pickup. Once you have received an order confirmation, make your way with your photo ID and your order confirmation in hand. Please note that the store will hold your order for a period of 3 days.
If there are any issues throughout the process, our team will contact you to discuss your order. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team at 1300 996 996.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Australia. Unfortunately, there are certain remote locations that we are unable to deliver to. These include overseas or to Australian islands off the mainland except for Tasmania.
Star Sparky Direct is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers.
Special Product Delivery
Free shipping is not provided for products under special offers. To better understand how these products are marked on our website, please refer to the image below. It showcases the specific labeling used to indicate that free shipping is not available for these special offer items. This will help you identify such products easily while browsing our site.

Free delivery is available for：
- Orders over $99 within Zone 1 (See Delivery ZONE).
- Orders over $199 within Zone 2 (See Delivery ZONE).
- Orders over $499 within Zone 3 (See Delivery ZONE).
This policy suits any items with physical weight and/or cubic weight under 20kgs (Except Special Offers Product).

Shipping Fee Calculation
Please choose the delivery service that most suits you on checkout.
For the small items, we generally use Australia Post or Sendle API for delivery.

The extra freight might apply for remote areas.
In case of unsuccessful delivery for large items, Courier will leave a card, and the parcel will be placed in a nearby Post office or returned to a nearby processing center for you to pick it up. Please note that couriers will be charging a Card-leaving fee. In the event that this happens, please note that customers will be billed for this fee.
The shipping fee is automatically added at the end of the checkout process.
If you have both large and small items in your shopping cart, the shipping fee will be automatically superimposed.
Delivery Zone
Star Sparky Direct delivery zones are determined by the serviceability of our courier companies' distribution centers.
The delivery zone has been classified as zone 1, 2, 3 and 4 to improve the alignment of available delivery services to geographic areas. To determine the zone of your Postcode & Suburb, please refer to the below information.
